Our mission is to make exercise something everyone can do, with a focus on how strength training can really change your life.When you add strength training to your routine, you'll move with more confidence, experience less pain, and feel healthier overall.
ABOUT US
We started out playing soccer and tried our hand at other sports like tennis, basketball, and cross-country running. But by our mid-teens, injuries and poor coaching cut our sports careers short. Instead of giving up, we decided to take charge of our fitness by diving into weight training.Our time at Western University changed everything:- Maria’s ACL rehab sparked a passion for injury prevention.
- Danny discovered her love for sports coaching and became a coxswain with the Western Rowing Team.We wanted to bridge the gap between:- Rehab
- Getting back to sports
- Staying fit long-termMaria became a personal trainer, working with people of all ages and backgrounds, while Danny became a youth multisport coach.Even though things didn't go as planned, we’re thankful for where we ended up. We explored different activities like CrossFit and endurance training, always thinking, “How can we give back?” That question led to the creation of Viva Training.At Viva Training, our mission is to make exercise easy for everyone to access. We believe everyone should do strength training—not just to build muscle, but to:- Improve health

GentleFit Virtual Membership | Online personalized program that includes a virtual workout sent to your inbox every week customized to your goal and access to virtual classes throughout the week. | $65/ month |
Personal Training | Work one-on-one with me to create a personalized fitness routine designed for your goals. In-person and virtual options available. Nutrition coaching is available. | Packages range: $55-80 / session |
Virtual Coaching | Great if you are looking for a bit of structure and accountability in your training routine. Get a weekly routines tailored to your goals and access to a coach. | $120 / month |
